• Hehe, cool cover page Team Kakashi being drawn as fantasy heroes is interesting, especially wizard Kakashi xD
• Chapter starts with Chakra rising up out of the ground and being absorbed by the fusing Madara and Zetsu, Sasuke predicts that it could be all the Chakra from those affected by the Eternal Tsukuyomi. Seriously! That is a sh♥t ton of Chakra! Every Chakra from around the world? That's way more than Madara ever could have!
• Because of the huge amounts of Chakra, Madara begins to inflate, now here's something to ponder on: Madara didn't inflate, even when he already had buckets of Chakra before! Kinda tells you something, right?
• Sasuke and Naruto try and attack, even with Sasuke's super fast sword slash, but the Chakra being absorbed coils around them and absorbs their Chakra too. Really wanting to know the mechanics behind Sasuke's super fast state! D:
• Naruto wants to hurry, because the world's people could die from Chakra depletion. But Zetsu reassures Naruto that death is the least of their worries: for those affected by the Eternal Tsukuyomi...become White Zetsus! Seriously! If that happens, it's GG! O_O
• Madara's now huge at this point, but then begins to shrink as the Zetsu has completed it's fusion and is no longer latched onto Obito. But is he alive?! O.O
• And the moment we've all been waiting for: the big reveal of Kaguya Otsutsuki! She has all three ocular powers: Sharingan, Rinnegan and Byakugan, and boy, is her hair long or what?!
• Kaguya senses the power in Naruto and Sasuke and throws them away with her hair! Seriously, Rapunzel wishes she had hair this long and dangerous!
• Kaguya speeds directly in front of Sakura, but doesn't do anything but use her Byakugan to confirm that their Chakra has Ashura and Indra's. So does Kaguya see Sakura as nothing more than an insect? To speed directly in front of her without acknowledging her existence?
• Branching off from Kaguya's Byakugan, Kaguya's eyes look exactly like Hinata's! Even without the Byakugan active, the shape of her eyes looks like Hinata's. Pretty interesting, huh?
• Sasuke mentions that her Chakra is way more than Madara's, which leads you to think: "If they were having trouble with Madara, how can they handle one even stronger?"
• Kakashi asks what she seeks, and Kaguya responds by asking to stop the fight...?
• Oh, that's nice, maybe she isn't all that evil, she was the Rabbit Goddess after-
• "Here"
• JUMPING BALLERINA ON A POGO STICK!! Kaguya seemingly out of nowhere, either summoned or transported the four, to a cavern filled with lava!! Now the four are about to fall into it!
• Seriously! What kind of power is that?! How can Team Kakashi combat such godly powers?!
• Overall, amazing chapter! Madara blowing up like Cell from Dragonball Z was unexpected, Kaguya's big reveal and her hair that makes Rapunzel look like a bald girl were just out of this world, and the situation she dragged our heroes in just makes me beg for next week to come faster!! D:

• The chapter starts with the Great Forest Emergence trapping people all over the ninja villages, from the Cloud Village to the Sand Village. Little question, but is the entire world affected and not just the continent the ninja world is based on? The Eternal Tsukuyomi can pierce shadows, but what about the other side of the world?
• Inside Sasuke's Susano'o, things get heated as Sasuke says he will be the leader as Kakashi is as useful as Sakura right now. Oooooh!!! Shots fired!! O.O
• Sasuke explains that everyone's under the Eternal Tsukuyomi and only they are safe...which is technically false as Obito/Zetsu, Madara and the four Edo-Hokages are safe too xD
• And just as I imagined, we're gonna see what everyone's "perfect world" is like:
• Hinata: Oh, goodie, just as we all imagined, her and Naruto are a couple, with an alive Neji and Hanabi looking on. Quite nice to see Hinata's sister once in a while, and good to see Hinata still has her dream
• Kiba: Good lord, he became Hokage and decided to make a holiday based on dogs. DON'T LET THIS DREAM COME TRUE!! D:
• Shino: Discovered a new species of bug bigger than himself...least he's humble
• Choji: Eating as much food as he can, while a cute girl swoons him. Surprised it wasn't Ino, guess the truth's finally out, huh? xD
• Shikamaru: Decides not to get married with a conveniently placed Temari beside him...oh, and with Asuma alive Seriously, we all know Shikamaru and Temari have a thing going, it's no longer a secret xD
• Ino: Sasuke and Sai fight over Ino, but Ino wants no fighting xD So if Sasuke dies or goes on his own path, does that mean Ino will go for Sai regardless? :3
• Lee: Triumphs over Neji and Naruto with Sakura professing her love....ahh...youth xD
• Tenten: Imagines how Guy and Lee should be like and sighs in comfort. Neji's beside her as well...Neji x Tenten cnfrmd?
• Mizukage: Whoa! Mizukage getting shown her ideal dream?! This oughta be good! Getting married to a randomer with the other four Kage sending them off...This is just too cute xD
• Tsunade: Dan's alive and Hokage, but unlike the others, she gets an extra two panels to explain her story: Jiraiya and Nawaki doing some pervy things with Orochimaru acting natural. Well, the fact Tsunade has Jiraiya alive in his dreams shows something, right? ;D
• Finally, Gaara: His mother and father alive, with Temari and Kankuro, all acting as a family, until Naruto comes into the shot wanting to play! Awwww!!! Gaara just looooves Naruto, huh? XD
• Dang! I wanted more! xD Woulda been cool to see Konohamaru, Raikage, Killer Bee, etc. xD
• Moving on, Sasuke comes up with the idea that they should wait until the Eternal Tsukuyomi dies down. Yeah, like that's ever gonna-
• WHAT?!! Madara just stopped the Eternal Tsukuyomi from shining on the moon?! You coulda starved them out, dude! Not cool! >.<
• Zetsu wants to kill the four survivors, but Madara comes down to do it himself, and goes on about how the world is happy, blah, blah, blah!

• WHAAT?!!!
• BLACK ZETSU JUST STABBED MADARA!! O_O THIS IS JUST AS BAD AS GIN STABBING AIZEN IN BLEACH!!
• NOW HE'S SAYING HE IS THE WILL OF KAGUYA, NOT MADARA?!!!
• NOW THE BLACK ZETSU IS FUSING WITH MADARA!!
• HOLY SKUNK PELLETS! Who would have guessed such a turn of events?!
• Oh, wait a minute? I did! xD I said last time, and I quote: "Kaguya as final boss cnfrmd!!" I just didn't know she's appear in this manner...
• Overall, brilliant chapter! Sasuke showing his sassy side, we see everyone's dreams, from the Konoha 11 to three of the five Kages, and that ending though, pure awesome!! O_O

Manga 677

• Meanwhile with the less important characters, they feel the tremors caused by the meteors as Naruto and Sasuke fight them off. However, I don't care for that, it looks like Swirly's gonna reveal his identity! 0.0
• Naruto nukes the rest of the meteors with six Rasen-Tailed Beast Bombs at once, but Sasuke grounds himself and his Susano'o next to Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi. What does Sasuke have planned I wonder?
• And just as predicted, Tenten takes a liking to the gourd and jar and wants to use it, but needs a Cloud Ninja to tell her how to use it. But interestingly enough, something or someone emerged from them. Could it be Samui that was presumed dead?! O.O We definitely need closure on that mystery !
• That's interesting...When Madara uses the Eternal Tsukuyomi, the shadow of Kaguya, mother of the Sage, looms over the world, with the moon acting as her third eye...with a rather creepy smile...Kaguya as final boss cnfrmd!!
• Everyone begins to go under the effects! Oh no! Ninjas, Kages, top officials, not even cats are safe! D:> And I can probably imagine Orochimaru's train of thought: "I didn't get revived just to be put back to sleep!" XD
• Madara covers the world with his Great Forest Emergence and begins to mummify everyone caught under his Genjutsu...which is basically the entire world!
• Oh look!! Killer Bee's alive!! ......And he's under the Genjutsu! Dammit! >.<
• And ohhh my God! I can already hear the screaming fans saying 'Hinata-Sama!! Nooo!!!' Even Hinata Hyuga is helpless as she's mummified. Don't worry though, fans, if Naruto does his job right, she'll live!
• So it's revealed Sasuke went to the three, specifically Naruto, so that his Susano'o can shield them from the effects of the Eternal Tsukuyomi. Right now, the only people unaffected by the Genjutsu and not mummified are Naruto's team, the four Hokages under Edo Tensei, and those who are Madara or under him.
• Speaking of loyal subordinates, HOLY GRAM CRACKERS!!! The guy under Swirly's revealed to be Yamato?!! Wh-Wh-Wh........WHHHAAAATTTT?!!!!!!
• And the chapter ends with Minato, who teleported Madara's black balls away from Guy during his fight, all the way back to the Leaf Village without an arm to scratch his butt xD He sees the effects of the Eternal Tsukuyomi as his entire village is mummified!
• I'mma go ahead and say this real quick: Madara's plan and the events that may follow, draw a lot of parallels to Kill la Kill's ending plot. (Spoiler on Kill la Kill) The endgame plan was to cover the entire world's populace in a mummification-like manner and have them feed a life source (The God Tree/The Original Life Fiber), with only a handful of people immune to it's effects. Then the signal that triggers the activation of this plan comes from space (The moon/The final villain's satellite). If Naruto has to fight Madara in space and Naruto uses the combined power of everyone, then that's the last straw xD
• Anyhoo, overall, brilliant chapter! Yeah, it's baloney the entire world has become a living fetish, but it makes things way more interesting! The fact Naruto's team are still themselves shows mankind has a chance! And the reveal that Swirly's user is Yamato offers more questions than answers.
• Prediction of the week: since everyone is now one entity, being under the Eternal Tsukuyomi, I predict Naruto will somehow absorb all the Chakra from everyone in the world, making him a god! Not only will it give him the power to save the world, but it will remove the curse of Chakra and bring peace to the world

Manga 676

• We start off with both Madara and Black Zetsu controlling Obito coming out of the Kamui dimension. Madara has both Rinnegan, and it's questionable if Obito's still alive.
• Sakura is a little nervous in Madara's new abilities, but rather than let Naruto and Sasuke attack first...
• HOLY CHEESE BLOCKS!! Sakura's just activated the Hundred Healings Jutsu!! She's now the second person who can follow rule 4 of the 4 rules of the medical ninja! She can now ignore the previous three rules!!
• She gets stabbed, but unlike Hinata, doesn't go down on the spot! She tries to attack, but hits an invisible wall, and is pulled away to safety by Naruto while Sasuke tries to attack too!
• Not even six pages into the chapter and already we got an intense fight scene! Sakura's leading the charge and helped to identify the opponent's defences! You rock, Sakura!!
• Moving on, Sakura pulls the Sage Rod out of her, but notices that Sasuke doesn't care for her safety, as opposed to Naruto. It's either because he knows that she's alright with her Hundred Healings Jutsu, but then again, it is Madara, it might not have worked =/
• But now we hit another snag: Sasuke has identified Madara now has four shadows in his Limbo. So in short, they need to kill the four shadows before they can get to the real one. Good thing Naruto and Sasuke are there, or they'd never have found that out
• Madara doesn't wait for that to happen then, holy crap!! He's using Chibaku Tensei! Nagato's power to suck everything into a single large moon!
• But wait! Madara's using it differently! He's using more than one, and unlike with Nagato, instead of trying to suck his opponents in, Madara's using the Chibaku Tensei rocks as meteors! O.O
• A little curious, but is THAT how he managed to make those two large meteors back against Gaara and Ohnoki? It's a little unrealistic that there happened to be two giant comets floating above the Earth, when he happened to be using his Jutsu. More to the point, they didn't look like they had much momentum in their stride. Meteors coming down from space would be going at a speed of 25000mph, Madara's meteors were going pretty slow. Not to mention if they were going at that speed and hit the Earth, it would have potentially wiped out all life on Earth. Y'know, food for thought
• Moving on, Naruto uses his Shadow Clones to handle the four shadows who hoped to use the meteors as a diversion to K.O. them all. Naruto then pulls out a JUMPING GRANDMA ON A STICK!!! A Tailed Beast Bomb fused with a Rasenshuriken!! Effing BEAST!!!
• Sasuke too slices up some meteors, with his Susano'o that seems to be the same size as Madara's perfect Susano'o. So Sasuke is using mountain crushing swings to destroy hundred foot meteors! Effing BEAST!!
• Sorry, but I had to laugh when Naruto was seemingly fighting nobody and yelling "You bast*ard! You a$$hole!!" Seeing him fight absolutely nothing, while knowing he's fighting Madara's shadows was funny xD
• And oh no, oh, no, no, no! Madara's using the Infinite Tsukiyomi!! Where's Piccolo when you need him?! xD
• Overall, magnificent chapter! Not a single page was wasted. We got to see some Sakura action at last, Madara has way more tricks up his sleeve now that he has both Rinnegan, Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke are holding up pretty well against it, and we have set-up for next week and how Madara's going to use the Infinite Tsukiyomi.
• My guess is next week, something will happen to make Madara's activation of the Jutsu delayed by like five minutes, giving Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke plenty of time to get the job done. Either that or the Jutsu activates and it's revealed Naruto and Sasuke aren't affected by Genjutsu from Kurama and the Sharingan and continue the battle. But here's to next week!

Manga 675

• FINALLY!!! I was going crazy without Naruto, Bleach or One Piece for two weeks straight!! >.<
• Chapter starts where Obito does indeed do something to counter Madara's rod throw: transport Sakura out of there...She has the Rinnegan, right...?
• No?! Sakura, I love you, but dammit woman, you had one job!! D:<
• Sakura fleshes out the conversation she had with Obito, him saying that the power of both Rinnegan was too great for him and that if they come together in one body, everyone's goose is cooked...
• Two contradictions arose from this: If it's impossible for one lesser body than Madara's to possess both eyes, how did Nagato have both of Madara's? And Nagato fought Naruto using seven bodies and Naruto still defeated him. Some powerhouse! XD
• Now Madara has Obito in his clutches, but remarks about a curse mark in Obito's heart that allowed Madara to control Obito, that was removed by Kakashi's stab just before he became the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tails. Interesting...
• ...............
• No! Oh no!! Madara used the same curse mark on Rin when she became the Three Tails' Jinchuriki...that means...Madara was to blame for Rin's death! He killed her!! D:<
• Madara speaks that Obito would have been a shining example of a brilliant Shinobi: good to the elderly, cared for his friends, wanted to become Hokage, etc. But even a touch of darkness and Obito would fall to the dark side.
• Jesus, so Madara plotted Rin getting captured, killed in front of Obito and him falling to the dark side? Man, that is too much! >.<
• Meanwhile with Naruto, he handles the Limbo shadow with the black rods that seem to be best explained as the Sage Rods Then meets up with Kakashi, Sasuke and Sakura
• HOLY FUDGE NUGGETS!!! Naruto regrew Kakashi's original eye!! CONFIRMED!!! CONFIRMED!!! Naruto is Jesus Christ!! He's already walking on water, got twelve disciples, raising people from the dead and risen from the dead himself! Next he'll be feeding 5000 with a handful of bread and fish, turning water into wine and preaching of how stupid it is to build homes on sand!
• Urghhhhh!!! Kakashi...Seriously, when are you going to forget about that Team 7 meeting? We've been shown it to the point we've memorised every line from all four of you!!
• Kakashi goes on by saying Naruto has long since surpassed the Hokage, yet it's still his dream; Sakura still holds feelings for Sasuke, yet at a more complicated level than the Sakura from long ago; and that Sasuke, now that he's killed Itachi, he asks what his new goal is.
• Naruto could very well be Hokage right after this arc ends, and nobody would object to it...maybe Kiba might xD I can already predict the SasuSaku fans are coming out of their rock and praising the sun at this, but I'm still on the fence about it, since it is in Kakashi's words, and we've yet to understand the complicated feelings. Oh, that's simple Kakashi, Sasuke stole Naruto's dream idea and wants to become Hokage too, which I say 'screw you!' to Sasuke for!
• Madara begins to reemerge from the Kamui world with supposedly both Rinnegan eyes as Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke prepare for battle, ring-a-bell mission style: with a huge scoop of teamwork!
• Overall, excellent chapter! Sakura's inability to destroy the Rinnegan was underwhelming, the revelation that Madara indirectly killed Rin was jaw dropping and the best part about this chapter, and Kakashi being all sentimental because the team is back together was nice, but told us stuff we already know, but was good to see, nonetheless
• Predictions for next week's chapter: unless Sakura uses the Hundred Healings Jutsu to amp her strength and ability to regenerate wounds, I don't see her keeping up against a fully powered Madara alongside the Godly Naruto and Sasuke. Now that Jesus Christ has bestowed Kakashi a new eye, he's still no match for Madara, and I think we're gonna see Madara go ape-sh*t on the three, here's to it!

Manga 674

• We're immediately plunged into the action as Madara goes all Palpatine on us, but Naruto blocks it by using his staff as a lightning rod.
• It seems one feature of Sasuke's new power is amazing speed, he pretty much moved to the right and was able to completely dodge Madara's lightning.
• Naruto attacks with his staff, but Madara uses the ability Limbo, and we finally see it's abilities: it creates a clone of the user that acts with sentience, but the real is hidden behind an invisible forcefield codenamed Limbo world, which is impervious to all attacks. But Naruto's emotion tracker and Sasuke's Rinnegan can see Madara's hidden self.
• Interestingly, Madara states Sasuke's Rinnegan is exactly his, which he doesn't know why. Guess he doesn't know that both are spawns of Indra, the Sage's son.
• Sasuke quickly realises the flaws in Limbo, saying it can only be used for a limited time and should aim for that time frame with a sealing Jutsu with Sage Chakra.
• It seems that using the Chakra of other Tailed Beasts can influence Naruto's Rasengans, using Son Goku's made lava, using Shukaku's made a sand sealing Rasengan. I wonder what other attributes other Tailed Beasts would have? Maybe using Saiken's can create an acid Rasengan? Maybe using Chomei's can make a spore Rasengan? Don't ask about what Kokuo's or Kurama's, since they're pretty Chakra bland xD
• Interestingly, Madara says he wishes Sasuke came before Obito for his battle prowess. Good to know he likes Sasuke better than Obito
• Sasuke predicts Madara's movement and uses a Chidori with Naruto's sand sealing Rasengan to bash what appears to be the real Madara.
• But alas, things don't go accordingly, Madara switched his fake with himself and looks like he's on the run. Coward!! XD
• Awww!!! That's foul play!! He stole Kakashi's Sharingan!! Boo!!! >.< We went through a lot with Kakashi's Sharingan, from the moment it was first revealed, and then this happens without so much as a cliff-hanger?! Dammit!!
• And at the same time, we found out Obito's request, he wants Sakura to destroy the Rinnegan before Black Zetsu can become free again. Least it's nothing dirty like I predicted xD
• Sasuke slices Madara in half, but Madara still uses Kamui to transport to the other world and CRAP!! He's gonna kill Sakura!! QAQ Don't you dare, Madara!! D:< Interesting how Madara is now going after Sakura, it's like he's saying "I can't beat the two strongest of Team 7, so I'll just pick on the weakest by stealing Kakashi's Sharingan and kill Sakura", what a sore loser, I know he's going after his own Rinnegan, but still!
• Overall great chapter, lots of action, we found out Limbo's powers at last, Naruto and Sasuke's teamwork is beast, but the ending spat in the face of Kakashi's progression, and cliffhangers that decide life or death is ones that eat at me for the next week! >.<

Manga 673

• We start back at last time, Naruto just saved Guy by stopping the full activation of his Eight Gates. What I wanna know is, will his body still be charred and his foot turned to ashes?
• Naruto goes for the attack, and asks Son Goku to lend him his Chakra, and HOLY SH♥T!! Naruto just summoned a Lava-Style Rasenshuriken!! O_O Words cannot describe how epic that is!! O_O
• Madara tries a move called Limbo, but Naruto dodged it, without it's power being revealed. And then the Rasenshuriken hits, and it's burst cuts the entire Ten-Tails Tree!! Holy crap!! O_O
• But before the match can get any more one-sided, Madara receives a word of advice from the Ten-Tails, I believe? Saying to absorb the tree as well. He promptly does, which I guess is yet another power-up
• Naruto takes Guy to safety with the others, saying he saved him because he felt like he could do anything...Really? So he can become Hokage? He can get Sakura to fall in love with him? He can divide by zero? xD
• Sasuke at the same time frees Tobirama from the Chakra rods, and says he'll be enough to handle Madara now. Ooooh, cocky xD
• This bit is interesting, Gaara says to Naruto that when he becomes Hokage, they should drink from the same Sake glass, as a bonding ritual, and I'm sure the many Naruto x Gaara fans are squealing at this xD
• Back at Obito, Sakura thanks Obito for saving Naruto. But Obito requests that Sakura does something, as his enemy. Two words come to mind of what Sakura should do....Spread 'em! XD
• Naruto goes up against Madara, but he replies saying he is immortal. Then Sasuke arrives, teaming up with Naruto...and HOLY SH♥T!!! HE AWAKENED THE RINNEGAN!!! Coupled with his own Sharingan too! Come on! Come on! Who called it? Who called it since day 1? xD
• And the chapter ends with Madara saying he has both the powers of the Tailed Beasts Naruto has and the power of the Rinnegan, now going in for the kill against the two, the winner decides the fate of the world. Who shall win in this climatic battle of the Good, the Bad and the self-brooding mama's boy? xD
• Overall epic chapter! Naruto's new Rasenshuriken was BEAST!! Naruto and Gaara wanting to be saliva brothers is awesome, Sakura needs some steel plating, and fast, and Sasuke having the Rinnegan with his Sharingan was just too epic! Cannot wait for next week's chapter!

• So we return to Guy as he's about to activate the Night Moth, and we see that the Chakra in his gates hasn't even reached his eighth gate, and I'm just wondering, what the heck was Guy doing before if his Chakra wasn't even at the Eighth Gate release
• But then we cut to Naruto and Sasuke awakening, with their female companions calling their name >//< I love the mirror of Sakura and Karin taking the same spots, it's some good symbolism xD
• Then there's a moon and sun symbol on Sasuke and Naruto's palms, what can that mean? O.O
• Back to Guy, he unleashes a large amount of Chakra, just as Kakashi goes into a flashback, time and place, Kakashi!
• In the flashback, Guy flunks out of the entrance exam to the academy, but Kakashi's father, the White Fang, tells him to stay vigilant around Guy or he'll surpass Kakashi...which is what's happening now xD
• Madara is excited as ever at fighting Guy, saying in terms of Taijutsu, he's never fought anyone like him. Which is interesting, does that mean Guy's stronger than Hashirama in the Taijutsu department?
• Guy launches the Night Moth, kicking Madara straight on the side. Resulting in Madara's ribs to shatter and Guy's leg to shatter as a result.
• Holy crap! Guy just kicked a hole right through Madara! O.O But of course, Madara survives thanks to the instant regeneration offered from the Hashirama cells, DAMMIT! >.<
• Guy's Chakra fades, as his foot begins to turn to ashes. As thanks for such a good fight, Madara decides to kill Guy before he crumbles away, well isn't that nice? xD
• But then the attack Madara launches is deflected by none other than Naruto! He's back, stronger than ever and even stabilizes Guy's Chakra! That's mah man!!
• Then the end with Naruto having the Sage and Tailed Beast eyes! Ooooh! Things are gonna get dicey!
• Overall, great chapter, the conclusion to Guy vs. Madara was as we expected, after all, what can a side-character do against the main villain? But that doesn't mean Guy didn't put up one hell of a fight. Naruto and Sasuke are fully awake with Moon and Sun palms, with a little girly support *wink-wink*, and Naruto now squares off against Madara, how will this turn out?

• Dos colour pages tho O.O
• So the chapter starts with Naruto saying he kinda already knew him and Sasuke were reincarnations of Ashura and Indra, and it was hinted at when Naruto talks with the Konoha 11 about Sasuke after the Five Kage Summit arc.
• It's interesting, because we thought nothing of it, but looking back, it kinda makes sense, so it's not some lame scenario that just happened to be there for the sake of being there.
• Sage goes on to say Hashirama and Madara were once the reincarnations of his sons, and when Madara mixed his cells with Hashirama's, he was able to awaken the Sage's powers, AKA the Rinnegan.
• It's sad that Sage had to watch all his future generations fight even when he took so much precautions against it, like teaching his sons peaceful Ninshuu, separated the Ten Tails to make the nine Tailed Beasts and even made the stone tablet that teaches of the Rinnegan. Poor guy
• Anyone else questioning why Kagura was called the Rabbit Goddess? Nobody? Okay...
• Oookay, so the tree will kinda mummify all that fall under the Eternal Tsukiyomi? Creepy ¬w¬
• Sage laments, saying he was foolish to expect powerful abilities and beings to be used for peace, but Naruto says he was right to use them for peace
• Just then, the nine Tailed Beasts show up and time for the "Child of Prophecy to change the world", no joke, I was cheering when Sage said that and the Tailed Beasts re-enacted the time when they were young.
• Naruto says he wants to protect his friends, but at the same time, it's revealed Sasuke was also talking with Sage.
• Now two things cross my mind: how is Sasuke also now just talking with Sage and what was Sasuke's answer?
• I think there's two ways for the child reincarnations to converse and that's either by mixing the Chakra of Indra and Ashura or to have all nine Chakras of the Tailed Beasts. Sasuke was given the Ashura Chakra by Kabuto, hence why he can now talk with Sage, and Naruto, after been given Shukaku and Gyuki's Chakra by Obito, on top of the Chakra he acquired from the other six when Naruto fought them. It's funny, because events like that seems small, but looking back, you think "Ohhhhh!!" xD
• As for Sasuke's answer, show of hands who thinks Sasuke said "I wanna protect my friends", because it seems very unlikely. I think he said more of the lines of "I wanna end the corrupt system of the ninja world" or something on those lines.
• And holy sheet! Naruto and Sasuke acquiring the Sage's power?! #Sasuke4Rinnegan, here we come! xD Wonder if Naruto will get the Rinnegan too?
• And the chapter ends with Guy resuming his battle with Madara, seemingly destroying that headband he wore, and decides to go for the Night Moth ability.
• This chapter cannot get any better, even if it tried. We got to see Sage give his powers to Naruto and Sasuke, the method of Naruto and Sasuke conversing with Sage all comes together and we got some excitement for next time with Guy vs. Madara part 2! Woohoo!

• Well, Naruto's not alive, per se, which is a huge disappointment, but at least we get some thing good...
• SAGE!!!!
• And...it kinda slips from there, Naruto can't understand the Sage's wise words and has to arrange on how he should speak
• I can see Naruto doing this, but to spend 9 pages, half the chapter, on an issue that's only funny for 1 page? A little time wasting don't you think?
• After the two find a common speaking ground, Sage introduces himself as the Sage, Hagoromo, and explains how he founded Ninshuu, and hated it when he confused it with Ninjutsu, a means of war, while his Ninshuu was made for peace.
• I can see why the Sage would hate Ninjutsu, using his teachings to create war instead of peace would tick anyone off.
• Hagoromo then goes on to say how Naruto reminds him of his son, Ashura, and tells Naruto the best thing to do to escape is to hear his story of his mother and children.
• I kinda liked it when Naruto mentioned that moms can be scary, I bet he knows all about that, eh? xD
• Sage mentions he had a brother who fought the Ten-Tails too, is anyone else not curious about that?
• The Sage had two sons, Indra, the one who was a perfect prodigy with high ideals, and Ashura, the one who had to train hard and with the help of others, was equal with Indra....Sound familiar? >:3
• Sage was inspired by Ashura's potential that he split the Ten-Tails into the nine Tailed Beasts, believing their cooperation from friendship was key. Love how Naruto smiles at this fact, knowing ideals he stands by created the Tailed Beast that he's grown to like x3
• However, Indra hated the decision that Ashura would be the successor to Ninshuu and thus waged war against Ashura, with a Susanoo by his side while Ashura fought with a Chakra cloak like Naruto's. Jeez, Deja Vu all over again xD
• So would this be why Naruto and Minato can go Chakra Cloak when fused with the Chakra of the Sage? They're descendants of Ashura, therefore they can achieve the same feat?
• And the chapter ends with Naruto being told that he is the reincarnation of Ashura, the silly and underachiever. Then I guess that means Indra was reincarnated as Sasuke? Or Madara?
• Overall, very different vibe to this week's chapter than last, the action of last week replaced with talking, the first half was a complete waste since I know it was for comedic purposes, but as they say: "Time and place!" I loved the chapter afterwards though, with explanations of the Sage's backstory told to Naruto and how Naruto is the living reincarnation of Ashura. Next week should be good, let's just hope Naruto can escape

Manga 669

• The chapter starts with Guy launching an attack called Issoku or One-something, I really hate when they don't use english translations >.<
• Anyway, the attack has enough power to create a large blast all around. Madara just blocks, but seeing his surprised expression is just awesome xD
• But Guy stops his attack due to the large pain, with Lee saying it can go up to Gosoku. The good news is Guy's not dead yet, so it's still possible to see it!
• Madara lays stunned in awe at the power of Issoku alone, saying the attack literally pushes the air, creating an air cannon, and remarks he can't let 4-5 hits happen or even to let his fist make contact. Guy, no matter what happens, get that fist to make contact!! xD
• Holy crap! Is Guy doing a Geppou from One Piece?! XD Sanji, so would that mean Guy in Eighth Gate Release equals to one of Sanji?
• After being explained about the Eight Gates, Gaara expresses concern for Lee, knowing he was the important person Lee held dear. Lee stands firm, knowing Guy made an important choice, and feeling sadness for him would be an insult! Feelz! ;3;
• Minato decides to help Guy by lowering Madara's defenses and stopping the black ball attacks. What's interesting to me though is their over-reliance on Kamui to stop fatal attacks. Remember, Naruto, Sakura and Obito are in the other dimension, if those attack passes through, it'll be bad xD
• Lee decides to help too and opens the 6th Gate, wow, looks like Lee's been improving, wonder if he can use the Morning Peacock? o3o
• Even though he can open the 6th Gate, Lee curses his weakness, but Minato still says it'll be enough, seeing as he's the one Guy wants to protect Good to see some good character interactions like those
• Guy goes back on the offensive and uses Issoku once more, but it's blocked by Madara's black shield. So close >.<
• But Guy quickly uses the Nisoku, Sansoku and Yonsoku to attack Madara on different angles, greatly weakening him! Almost there!
• Guy launches the Gosoku, but Madara wraps himself in the black shield to protect from all angles and launches the black balls at Guy, but Lee and Minato stop the attacks while Gaara and Kakashi create a hole in Madara's shield, and Boom!! The attack hits!
• ...................What?
• You have got to be kidding!! He's still alive and still standing?! Ohh! That is bullcrap!! >.< We always wanted to see what would happen when the Eighth Gate Release attacks would hit, and it did nothing?! Yeah sure, Madara says he hadn't felt this excited since his battle with Hashirama, but still, it doesn't matter now, because it looks like Guy's about to die! >.<
• Oh, what's this? Naruto's alive!!! O.O Hooray! Welcome back, you fox you, and don't mind that Sakura-taste in your mouth xD
• Overall, disappointing chapter in regards to Guy's Eighth Gate release, but exciting at the fact Naruto's back in action. Oh well, wasn't expecting much from Guy, as a supporting character, he can only do so much

Manga 668

• Chapter starts off from last time as Guy prepares for the 8th Gate release. Everyone tries to stop him, even Minato by bringing up...Guy's father? Wonder what he was like?
• Guy opens the Eighth Gate but not before lamenting on his past
• Turns out Guy had the same relationship Lee had with him, only with his father, Might Dai, who was regarded as an eternal Genin and trained Guy endlessly like Guy did with Lee.
• During a mission, Guy, Ebisu and Genma are surrounded by the Seven Swordsman of the Mist, and is saved by Guy's father, who opens the Eight Gates to save them.
• I liked the whole idea of Guy being pretty much the same as Lee at one point, even being worse than Lee since his father had zero respect among his peers. My only problem is we didn't get enough of what happened afterward. Did Guy's father die? Is Lee really Guy's son? Oh well, here's to next chapter :3
• And finally! We get to see what the Eighth Gate Release looks like! >w<
• According to Madara, the user's blood boils to much, that it becomes red steam. So will Guy die by having all his blood evaporated? Or will the pressure caused on the heart cause his death?
• And is it just me, or is Guy's hair and eyebrows on fire?
• And the chapter ends with Guy releasing his third and final attack on Madara: Night Elephant.
• True, this chapter didn't contain a lot of action scenes, and was more flashbacks and stuff, but it did show us an insight to Guy's life before meeting Kakashi and we got to see Guy being such a badass with the Eighth Gate release!

Manga 667

• The chapter begins with Orochimaru, Karin, Jugo and Suigetsu arriving at Sasuke's location to see the international man of mystery!
• Drumroll please...
• ...
• ...
• ...
• It was Kabuto! So he finally (finally xD) released Izanami's effects by accepting who he was and not only turning away from his evil self, but accept the past self before he met Orochimaru, saying he is simply "Kabuto", becoming pretty much a good guy with a snake for a stomach.
• I felt his revelation was a bit dampened due to practically everyone calling it, but it was still good to see we finally get closure on this mystery at last.
• Kabuto begins to heal him with medical ninjutsu and implanting Hashirama cells into him. Without a doubt, Sasuke is getting the Rinnegan. At first, I thought it was Hashirama himself giving Sasuke the cells needed to awaken it, but now that Kabuto's doing it, we're gonna be seeing a fully awakened Rinnegan in Sasuke very soon
• Suigetsu remarks how Kabuto was the one who started this war, but Kabuto feels regret over it now with his accepted self, and draws a parallel with Obito as both did not have a place to return to, but now that they accept who they are, they begin healing their mortal enemies. Loved the panel work as it shows both Kabuto undoing Madara's damage on Naruto and Sasuke, very metaphorical
• So now we go back to the Madara battlefield as Guy prepares to take on Madara.
• It's here we learned that Kakashi diverted the Rasengan thrown at him by Madara with his Kamui (Let's hope it didn't hit Naruto xD) and Minato can use Senjutsu, but just like his Sensei, Jiraiya, he's rubbish at it.
• With Senjutsu lost to all but Naruto, Sasuke, Kabuto and Jugo, Guy takes to the field and uses the next big thing: Taijutsu. And who better than the best Taijutsu expert? :3
• Guy releases the 7th Gate? Sorry, the translation I read was a pile of baloney, it read the translation wrong since it read Eighth Gate Release, says he's the Blue Beast and not the Green Beast, he emits blue steam and not green steam, and Minato saying he released the Eighth Gate. >.<
• So yeah, Guy proceeds to open up a can of whoop ass on Madara, going at incredible speeds and using the Afternoon Tiger on him.
• But despite his best efforts, Madara uses Wood-Style to pin Guy down, but is saved by none other than Rock Lee! For all those that said Lee and Guy are now nothing more than comic relief, suck on that! >w<
• Lee mentions Tenten is checking on something, while Lee went to rescue Guy. I wonder what it is she's checking? o3o
• And the chapter ends with Guy really really releasing the Eighth Gate, saying the Green Beast is at it's end, and the Red Beast's time has come.
• I think it's interesting, because in the current anime, we're looking at Guy as well as Kakashi, and the fact that these events marry up is thought provoking
• Overall, great chapter, we finally got closure on who the mystery foot is, Kabuto joining the good side thanks to Itachi's Izanami was definitely a surprise, it's good to know both Naruto and Sasuke are in two pairs of very capable hands (Naruto with Sakura and Obito, and Sasuke with Karin and Kabuto), and seeing Guy prep for the main event just has us gasping for his final release!
• I, for one, cannot wait to see it! Although Guy might die, I feel the series cannot end without seeing the ultimate power unleashed in some shape or form. Let's just hope Guy doesn't die and the myths on it were just exaggeration O_O

Manga 666

• First things first, may this chapter be praised by the holy lord, as 666 is the devil's number xD
• We start with things the way it was: Obito stabbing Madara, and everyone like O_O xD
• Madara attacks, but Obito uses Kamui to slip right through. Had to laugh though: here's Obito on death's doorstep a few chapters ago, now he's back going toe-to-toe against a fully powered Madara...YOU SHOULD HAVE KILLED HIM WHEN YOU HAD THE CHANCE!!! XD
• Obito tries to rip out the Tailed Beasts in a weird unexplained way, but only manages to steal some of the One-Tails and Eight-Tails. Oh well, better than nothing
• So Kakashi sucks Naruto and Sakura in the alternate dimension, but Obito can't go with them, since Madara easily intercepts them. It would be a real blow if Kakashi and Obito die, then both would be trapped there forever xD
• Oooooooh, Obito and Kakashi teaming up! Epic! >w<
• And then...we get another flashback! We get it! Obito and Kakashi weren't the bestest buddies in the world! One panel is all we need to be reminded! Not two pages! >.<
• Can I just say that I absolutely love those little chibi shots of a plan being initialized? And Madara of all people doing it?
• I do wonder what this ringa is? Madara said it could defeat them easily, but as long as Obito has the Rinnegan, it wouldn't be the case O.o A new Rinnegan Jutsu, perhaps?
• So before Madara launched his attack on the two, Kakashi and Obito use their Kamui together to double the jumping speed and send Obito to Naruto and Sakura. My question is, why does having two Sharingans together make it stronger? Is it because two at once can double the effects? If that's the case, what would Shisui's Koto Ametsukami be like when he had both eyes? Eternal Koto Ametsukami to eternally control those he sees?
• I know it's trivial, but I laughed when Sakura and Obito met, Naruto's enemy and Naruto's possible girlfriend? Quite the interesting character interaction What I would love to see is Obito saying how Sakura reminds him of Rin, then the whole "You remind me of..." would come full circle! With Minato saying Sakura reminded him of Kushina, and then Obito saying he reminded him of Rin, that would be awesome xD
• Highlight of the chapter goes to Guy's sudden appearance on the battlefield with the tagline "Guy unleashes the Forbidden Jutsu! That means Guy's going to unleash the Eighth Gate?! O_O Naruto can't end without us seeing that at least!!
• Overall, very good chapter, back in action with buckets of it! Obito and Kakashi teaming up was epic, Obito's now giving the Nine-Tails Chakra to Naruto and Guy's arrived to kick ass and proclaim youth, but he's all out of youth! XD

Manga 665

• So we start off with an uncomfortable stalemate: Madara wants Zetsu to bring him the Nine-Tail's Chakra, but if Zetsu moves, Kakashi and Gaara will pounce him, but they need to hurry, cus Naruto's dying. Wonder what the solution is?
• Ahh, but of course! TALKING! Seriously! This chapter spends half it's time listening to Madara talk! It's like he knows Naruto needs the Nine-Tail's Chakra, and deliberately stalls for time. Rather than Zetsu/Obito coming to him, why doesn't HE go to Obito?! Great plan genius!
• But, to make sure I'm not a complete lazy bum, let's go over what Madara talks about: he talks of how SSP's plan to show the world peace failed, talks about how people used SSP's Ninshu and turned it into weapons of Ninjutsu, and talks about the usual stuff of "Where there's winners, there's losers, where there's power, there's people using them", etc. all to convince Obito that he is still on his side.
• Sakura hit the nail right on the head by asking "What is he talking about?" XD
• Small question, would Madara be spouting this crap if Obito didn't have the Rinnegan and Nine-Tail's Chakra? Didn't think so
• So Obito goes towards Madara (Somehow believing Madara's story), while Gaara, Kakashi and Minato prepare to attack.
• Now this is interesting: Minato is shown to have a Sage Mode! O.O Though why he never used it in his fight, or why the Toad Elders never said "Hey, Naruto! You mastered Sage Mode just like your father!" Jeez, it's turning into Star Wars all over again
• But Madara does a 3 hit combo, cutting Minato's arm off and kicking both his Rasengan powered arm onto Kakashi, and Minato himself onto Gaara, disabling all three. Leaving just a defenseless Naruto and Sakura and a zombie like Obito.
• But what is this?! When all hope seemed lost, Obito stabbed Madara with his hand, Bleach-style! O.O
• Ahh! But of course, Obito needs to give his 100-page speech to reply to Madara's! Jeez, Obito! You know Naruto needs the Nine-Tail's Chakra, and now even you're mouthing off! It's cool that you're going back to the good side and all, but a little haste would be nice!!
• Overall, it was an okay chapter, Madara and Obito's constant rambling was what dragged this chapter down, I'm surprised Naruto didn't died of old age, let alone Tailed-Beast loss! xD Thought the Sage Mode Minato was cool, but rather let down the action ended in seconds, and I look forward to next week, when hopefully, the fighting can resume, or Obito can deliver the Nine-Tail's Chakra in time o.o

Manga 664

• Really? Waited a week to see who this mysterious bare-footed figure, and we still don't know who it is?!
  Dammit >.<
• And they pretty much waste a few pages pondering who the guy/girl is, only that it's an ominous Chakra.
• What's worse, we go from a scenario that's edge-on-your-seat worthy, to one not so intense (Guy, Tenten and Lee)
• The only two moments I liked here were Tenten lamenting over Neji and Madara sending a drop package of the two treasures to them. Means big-boobs (Samui) isn't dead after all
• On an unrelated note, Madara can fly?
• On a secondary unrelated note, wouldn't it be BS if Tenten were the hero of the series by trapping Madara into that jar?
• So all this time Kakashi and Minato were fighting Obito being controlled by Zetsu, huh? Explains their absence.
• Yay! Gaara and Sakura arrived!
• Now Minato's going to give him the other Nine-Tails half!
• But in all honesty, I know something bad's going to happen. They would never openly announce their plans without a back-up plan.
• Then we get a sweet flashback of Minato and Kushina, very sweet ^^ Means we get manga and anime flashbacks of Kushina in one week
• CALLED IT!! Something bad happened, but I had no idea this would be it! Zetsu stole the Nine-Tails Chakra as it was being transferred and is now in Madara's hands! Things do not look good AT ALL!! Naruto's still half dead, most likely Minato's going to disintegrate, Kakashi's going to want to help Obito and Gaara and Sakura can't outrun a flying Madara, while defending Naruto! This is really bad! D:
• The only way out of this situation is if Tenten really does come to the rescue and seals Madara, but I'm not pinning my hopes on it
• Overall, good chapter, not as heart-booming as last week, but still very good. Thought too much time was wasted figuring out who the bare-footed figure was, I think Madara dropping the treasures will bite him in the ass, but in what shape or form, who knows? It was nice seeing a flashback of Minato and Kushina and how they want to protect Naruto, and things really came to a head at the end when Zetsu stole the other half of Kurama. Cannot wait to see how this situation will resolve! O.O

Manga 663

• It's back, baby!
• We start off with a mirror image of last time, Naruto and Sasuke, the last slither of life leaving them.
• But Sakura soon catches on the Nine-Tails is missing. Seriously, I had my hopes up too high here, I thought Sakura noticed something and would use that to her advantage to save Naruto, oh well.
• So it's as we confirmed, Gaara is taking Naruto and Sakura to Minato, in order for Minato to give Naruto the other half of the Nine-Tail's power. Would be hilarious if Minato said something along the lines of "B♥tch, you ain't gettin' my Nine-Tails. Go get yer own!" xD
• Holy sh♥t!!! Sakura is going to the major extremes to save Naruto! She cut open his chest and began beating his own heart! Sakura, my hat's off to you, extreme to the max as it is, it's also ingenious! Though, only someone who really loves Naruto could pull that off without crying or whining and pull if off successfully, so everyone who says Sakura is useless? Suck it! xD
• Next up is Sasuke, we see Tobirama trying to save Sasuke, but at his current state, he's not much help. It really is stunning seeing the 2nd Hokage trying to help Sasuke, too bad it's not Sakura though xD
• But here's something that I noticed unrelated to the current chapter: Sasuke was stabbed in the same spot by Danzo, yet he still had some fight left in him, sure he was fatally wounded, but he was still able to stand for some time. What's changed with Madara's stab? Or is it the "Convenience-No-Jutsu" where things don't have to make sense just for plot-sakes?
• Moving on, Karin takes to the offensive and uses the same Chakra as Kushina to bind Swirly Zetsu and the giant statue! Does everyone seriously know about Kushina? Now Orochimaru knows Kushina, it's like everyone swore never to tell Naruto, yes, I don't mind them knowing, but to not even crack a light beforehand? "Hey Naruto! I knew your mom! Nice lady!" Is that so hard? XD
• And all of Team Taka join in on the offensive, Jugo, Suigetsu and even Orochimaru, all attack Swirly Zetsu. But what got me was there was someone inside the Zetsu suit, who could it be?
• Team Taka make a last ditch effort to save Sasuke, but Karin notices his Chakra's gone. Wonder what they'll do next?
• Oh no! Madara's becoming the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki! Quick! Someone stop him! *Pause* Dammit, guys! >.<
• So now Madara's the Ten-Tail's Jinchuriki, as if things were bad now, it's worse. Although, he does look pretty badass, now's not the time
• Give me a minute...*Breathes in*
• ...
• ...
• ...
• YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
• Finally!!! QWQ We see a Naruto-Sakura kiss!! QWQ Yes, I know it's a kiss-of-life and is needed in CPR, but who cares?! I love how it's Madara all serious and grim one second, then BAM! Naruto-Sakura kiss in your face! Love it! Sakura, if my hat was off to you before, my entire head's off to you now, to not only give Naruto mouth-to-mouth straight after cutting him up, you have balls of steel my pink-haired friend.
• Ladies and Gentlemen, today marks history, and I am proud to witness it XD Now, let it be known that I still think NaruHina is still pretty much a thing, but sorry Hinata, Sakura beat you to the punchline. Anything you do now would be pointless, unless it's hardcore sex, then you one-up Sakura But even if Hinata was the one to care for Naruto, I don't think she would have the balls to cut him open, be his literal heart, and give him kiss of life, she doesn't even know medical ninjutsu, so in this scenario, she's 0 help. So yeah! Sakura! Your value to this manga has increased a billion fold as the girl who kissed Naruto....................not including fillers xD
• And if this train ride of a chapter hasn't stopped yet, a figure appears before Sasuke...a...barefoot...individual...? Now who's barefoot in this series? Jugo? Karin? Kabuto? Obito? Hmmm...this is gonna be a toughie xD
• And finally, the end quote says Madara will face Kakashi? Oh crap! Minato's with Kakashi now! Gaara and Sakura! It's a trap! D:
• Either way, amazingly brilliant awesome combo chapter! Sakura's extremes to save Naruto were just to die for! Team Taka+Orochimaru fighting was amazing, Tobirama's will to help Sasuke is reminiscent to One Piece's Jinbei's will to help Luffy for no reason, and Madara becoming the Ten Tail's host? The only thing we didn't see was Kakashi/Obito Yaoi, but it's best not to be greedy xD

• My first thoughts on the giant statue causing a ruckus: "Okay, what the hell is that? I'm glad the Kages aren't twirling their thumbs, but we need answers!"
• Hey! It's the swirly faced Zetsu! What a coincidence that last week's anime was his debut and this week's manga was his return! XD
• So Hiruzen knows all five Chakra natures? Jeez, wouldn't that have come in handy against Orochimaru in Part 1 xD
• Oh hey! It's...what's their faces! xD Seriously, Team 10 and Team 8, can't you appear at a more critical moment? And where the hell is Lee, Guy and Tenten?
• What's Orochimaru up to?
• So Karin is having a panic attack over what happened to Sasuke, and Orochimaru seems to have changed his plans. What's he up to now?!
• Dammit, Hinata, you have a Byakugan! Use it! >.<

• Yus! Sakura, you keep Naruto alive, you hear!
• Was Hinata more upset that Sakura was the one healing Naruto than Naruto's heartbeat getting weaker?
• What did Hinata mean when she said "Niisan, please protect Naruto?" Is Neji somehow alive in spirit form or something? Or...does Hinata have no hope for Naruto that she wants Neji to look out for him in the after life?! Hinata, you quitter! D:<
• "That's an absolute rule"? B♥tch please! Kushina was alive for hours after Kurama was taken from her!
• Jeez, Sasuke, now you know never to go in without a Genjutsu >.<

• The ending page was really heartfelt. Both Sakura and Karin are really worked up that both Naruto and Sasuke are on the verge of death. Except now the fate of both are in their hands, how will they proceed to save them? O.O
• Overall, amazing chapter, not a single moment wasted. We get to see what the Kage and co. are up to, fighting the swirly eyed Zetsu, Sakura is assigned personal nurse to Naruto and seeing Sasuke's struggles adds a bit of character to him.

• Goddammit! All the Tailed Beasts are sucked in! But Bee! What about Bee?!
• For a moment there, I thought Gaara was taking Naruto to the moon, the speech bubble looked like a speed line xD
• Speaking of moons, do you think destroying the moon will halt the Moon's Eye Plan entirely, would Madara be able to create a new moon with Chibaku Tensei, or do the Naruto characters have that kind of firepower?
• How did Madara see Tobirama coming? He's got no Rinnegan users to see back-attacks with and his Sharingan only works with frontal attacks

• Woops, never mind, poor guy got stabbed seconds in with his own sword xD But it's clearly a Genjutsu, I doubt Sasuke would go in without a back-up plan. If it's the contrary...SASUKE, YOU IDIOT!!! D:<
• Overall, good chapter, bummed that the Tailed Beasts, including Kurama is captured, Tobirama's a pin-cushion and Sasuke's an idiot. How will Naruto survive? And is Sasuke a Genjutsu when he was stabbed?

• Huh, fancy that, a Christmas release. Pity it isn't a Christmas Special, but hey, least we can advance the plot
• We begin with Kurama struggling to keep the chain at bay, unable to cancel Kuruma's form or resist, all seems lost
• But here's the thing, Zetsu suggests capturing Shukaku first. Then what the heck was the point in proclaiming to capture Gyuki and Kuruma first then?! >.<
• But then, Gaara begins to defend Shukaku from capture. But I always thought Gaara despised Shukaku, I know he's doing it to stop the Ten Tails' re-revival, but is there a need to make it personal?
• Shukaku then begins to flashback on his previous Jinchuriki: an old priest who is locked in a cage with Shukaku. But the wisdom of the priest begins to rub off on Shukaku.
• What I found really cool and baffling was the "Heart" and "Believe" kanjis coming together in the priests hands to form "Love" the same symbol of Gaara. But this must've been long before Gaara was even born, how did the priest know Gaara would write "Love" on his head in the first place? It's pretty powerful, just baffling.
• So the Tailed Beasts struggle to help the Shukaku, but to no avail.
• What...?
• Naruto...was separated from Kuruma?
• What...what does this mean...?
• Dammit! We need to know more!!! DX
• Overall a pretty awesome chapter, we got to see more of Shukaku's background and his former Jinchuriki, I thought Madara was just a freaking idiot, and the shocking ending really needs some explaining later on. If Naruto is separated, will he die, or will his Uzumaki longevity keep him from dying?

• Love the whole Kurama-Shukaku argument, really gives Shukaku more depth than being Gaara's Tailed Beast
• Well, there's the Gedo Statue, there goes my argument that Madara's not gonna be the Jinchuriki
• Just seal the Gedo Statue in the other dimension! You could transport Bee in Eight-Tails form, what's so hard about the Statue? >.<
• Well what was Naruto supposed to do? Let Obito continue being an asshole and use the Infinite Tsukiyomi?
• Can't Obito just use his Kamui to suck Black Zetsu into the other dimension? Or is he too low on Chakra?
• For the longest time, I was like "What the hell's attacking Naruto and the other Tailed Beasts?" only when I looked closely that it was their tails doing it This is why I prefer anime to manga, they make it clear to see

• Now it's Gaara and Shukaku vs. Madara. This should be interesting
• That's a new one of Gaara's, where was that when they were previously fighting? XD
• Let's play Madara pinball!
• So kicked around by giant beasts, slurped in acid, bone crushed by Gaara's sand and he's still alive and fighting? Anyone else call BS?
• Glad to see Naruto enter the fray once more and outsize that Susanoo!
• Now he's crushed by nine super-sized tails, and only lost an arm? C'mon! I believe in super humans, but this is just ridiculous!
• On top of that, he regained that last arm and regained his former Rinnegan. What's next? He'll have his former ass returned to him and destroy the world? XD
• Overall, decent chapter, it was nice seeing the Tailed Beasts and Naruto put up a fight, but I thought it was crap how Madara's body wasn't shattered by the amount of hits he took from the other Tailed Beasts. And it's equally more crap that now Madara's going to be stronger than before!

• Haha, Sasuke was pretty much doing what we thought he'd do: attack the crud out of Madara!
• The Rinnegan absorbing Chakra trick is really getting on my nerves. Not only is it really OP, but there's no drawbacks, there's no repercussions. Screw Edo Tensei being the perfect Jutsu, this one takes the cake.

• Overall, a chapter full of BS. Madara taking out Hashirama easily sucked, Sasuke being the only obstacle in Madara's path demeaned Naruto's victory and Madara's "Attack on Tailed Beasts" makes me dread what he has planned next.
