What do you think about Sasuke Shinden animated? Did you like it? Did you read the novel?
I haven't read it (I don't kow where to find it here) but I think it was very good, I liked it and many people I know who have read and watched it think the same, so what's your opinion? c:

Are you ready for the anime finale? What are your thought about it?
The finale is close and personally I am so sad, I think I'll cry even more than I did reading the manga finale.

This series will always be a part of me, as it is the series that got me into manga and anime in the first place. It's in my veins like plasma, like hemoglobin, like a song you heard as a kid that make your ears perk up when you hear it on the radio after going without listening to it for many, many years.

There are flaws in the story, oh yes: Fillers, some story decisions that I think were personally cheating on Kishimoto's part (Deidara vs. Sasuke, what a gyp!! :shakefish: ). What's funny is that a lot of the tropes I see in Naruto are ones I can't stand in anything else. Any new shonen manga that comes out now that isn't super dark or intense is bland and boring to me. Naruto has ruined shonen manga for me, basically xD I'm like a film buff in that I'll always compare new stories to what Naruto has done, or else reading older works by other artists will make me think "Was Kishimoto inspired by this? Did he read this before making Naruto?"

Either way, it's a world just as expansive with just as many colorful characters as say, Harry Potter or Dragon Ball Z or Bleach, which explains why there is so much fanfiction and fan art devoted to this series in particular. All in all I'd say that it's been a very entertaining ride and my only wish is that I could go back and experience it all again as if it were the first time reading/seeing it :D
